This Gabbeh is hand-woven by nomads in the Shiraz region of Iran. Among Gabbehs, this is a high-grade type called "Kashkuli" with a fine weave. Because the knot density is high, it takes more time to weave than a typical Gabbeh, but the pattern is clear and it feels exceptionally soft underfoot. It has a good thickness and a fluffy feel that will make you want to lie down on it. It is dyed using natural dyes made from plants and spices, so it is highly safe and recommended for children's rooms.
