2. Rug Collection


You can bring the rug directly to our store or use a delivery service. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We can arrange a pickup service to a specified location for an additional fee, whenever possible. No packaging is required. Please note that this service may not be available in all areas, so please inquire if you are interested.

3. Final Estimate and Price Confirmation

After inspecting the actual rug, we will provide a final estimate.
Work will begin once you approve the final price.




4. Cleaning & Repair

Cleaning typically takes about 2 weeks to complete.
Repairs and maintenance usually take 2 to 4 weeks.

If you need the service urgently, please consult us in advance, and we will prioritize it as much as possible.



5. Rug Delivery

Completed rugs will generally be delivered using a shipping company. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
*If the final total amount is ¥22,000 (tax included) or more, we will cover the shipping fee. (Excludes Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)
Pickup at the store is also available.


Payment methods include bank transfer.
For in-store pickup, cash or credit card payment options are also available.
