2. Rug Collection


You can either bring it directly to our store or use a delivery service. Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

We can arrange a pick-up service to a designated location for an additional fee, whenever possible. No packaging is required. Please note that this service may not be available in all areas, so please consult us if you are interested.

3. Final Estimate & Price Confirmation

After inspecting the actual rug, we will provide a final estimate.
Once you approve the final price, we will begin the work.




4. Cleaning & Repairs

Cleaning usually takes about two weeks.
Repairs and maintenance take about two to four weeks.

If you are in a hurry, please consult us in advance, and we will prioritize your request as much as possible.



5. Rug Delivery

The finished rug will generally be delivered using a delivery service. Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
*If the total amount is ￥22,000 (tax included) or more, we will cover the delivery shipping cost (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands).
Pick-up at the store is also available.


Payment methods include bank transfer.
If picking up at the store, you can also choose cash payment / credit card payment.
