When my father was 18, he came to Japan from Pakistan in search of better work and future possibilities. From a young age, he had a strong interest and passion for hand-woven carpets, so he started a carpet business in Japan and opened a small shop in Ikejiri Ohashi, Tokyo.
In the early 1990s, we opened our main store in Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo. At the store, we not only sold to general customers but also handled wholesale to businesses, introducing hand-woven carpets to many customers.
Since our establishment, we have valued introducing the appeal of authentic hand-woven carpets to Japanese customers and conveying their beauty, the skill of the artisans, and their long history and culture.
