This hand-woven carpet from Nain, Persia, is an extremely soft carpet woven from precious wool called coulis wool, which is shorn from lambs less than one year old.


The use of fine, delicate coir wool and silk allows for more detailed and intricate designs to be clearly displayed.



This carpet is handwoven, and the unique feature of this carpet is that the color appears different depending on the direction of the pile.
