This is a hand-woven Pakistani carpet made from hand-spun Ghazni wool.
Hand-spun wool carpets tend to have more uneven coloring than machine-spun wool carpets, resulting in a rustic, cute, and more natural-looking carpet. They are popular in Europe for their antique feel. They are slightly thinner than Persian Gabbeh carpets.


The plain pattern is only applied to the edges, in a natural color that makes the most of the wool's natural color. The fabric is dyed using natural dyes made from plants and spices, which makes it safer than chemical dyes and is safe for use around children and pets.



Pakistani carpets are lovingly woven by artisans, knotting each piece individually, and are highly durable and easy to care for at home.
