This is a hand-woven Gabbeh made from hand-spun wool called "Ghazni wool."
Hand-spun wool carpets tend to have more uneven coloring than machine-spun wool, resulting in more natural colors and a more tasteful carpet. They are slightly thinner than Persian Gabbeh carpets.

Because it uses natural dyes such as plants and spices, it is safer than chemical dyes and can be used safely around children and pets.

The thick pile provides comfort for your feet. Wool is a natural material that is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Its excellent breathability prevents heat buildup, so it can be used on tatami mats and tatami mats.
