Gabbeh rugs are hand-woven by the Qashqai nomads of Iran, using hand-spun wool dyed with natural plant dyes. They are thickly woven with coarse wool, giving them a rustic charm with lovely patterns and colors.

This is a high-grade Gabbeh called "Kashkuli", which has a finer weave. It uses wool yarn spun even finer than the wool typically used in Gabbeh rugs, resulting in a higher weaving density and more vivid, detailed designs.



Each Gabbeh has meaningful patterns and is also popular as a gift.

Being fluffy, it is recommended for use as a cushion, chair mat, or as an item to decorate car seats.
