Q1. Are these genuine hand-woven rugs? Where are they manufactured?

A. Yes, all rugs handled by our store are unique pieces hand-woven in traditional production areas such as Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. We carefully select and offer only top-quality items meticulously woven by skilled artisans.

Q2. Can rugs be washed? How do I care for them?

A. For daily care, we recommend vacuuming to remove dust and air-drying in the shade. If you are concerned about stains, please consult a professional rug cleaning service. We also offer cleaning and maintenance services. Rest assured, we include a care guide with your purchase.

Q3. Is it okay to purchase without seeing the actual product?

A. Rest assured. Our store features many high-resolution images that clearly show colors and textures, and we can provide additional photos upon request. Furthermore, if the product differs significantly from your expectations, we accept returns within 7 days (some conditions apply).

Q4. I'm buying a rug for the first time and don't know how to choose.

A. To help first-time buyers choose with confidence, we provide recommendations by purpose (e.g., entryway, living room, bedroom) and guides on how to choose by color and material. Please feel free to consult us.

Q5. Please tell me about shipping and delivery fees.

A. Purchases totaling 10,000 yen (including tax) or more qualify for free shipping (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands). Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days and delivered via a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

【Other areas】 For purchases under 10,000 yen (tax included), an additional shipping fee of 880 yen (tax included) will be charged.

【International】 Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser.

 

Q6. Can I return a product if it doesn't match the image?

A. We accept returns or exchanges for unused products only if contacted within 7 days from the product's arrival date. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy page.

To minimize your waiting time, we kindly request that you make an appointment to visit our store in advance. Please provide the following information by the day before:

If you are not yet sure of specific details, please also provide:

We recommend measuring the dimensions of the area where you intend to place the rug before your visit.
On the day of your visit, we will have the rugs you wish to see prepared based on the information you provided in advance.　
Customers with no immediate purchase plans are also welcome.

Q8. What is the price range of your rugs?

A. The price of our hand-woven rugs varies depending on their size, material, and the effort involved in their creation. We offer a wide price range, from small rugs to luxurious Persian carpets, from tens of thousands of yen to several million yen. Q9. What payment methods are available in-store?

A. In-store, we accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Q10. Can I pay for my rug in installments?

A. Yes, in addition to credit card installment payments, you can use Paidy for up to 3 installments. The number of installments and conditions vary depending on the payment method used. Please select the installment payment option during checkout to confirm the details.

Q11. Is corporate transaction possible?

A. We will provide a customized quote based on payment terms, quantity, and amount. Please inquire by email.

 

Q12.Can they be used in summer? Are they not hot?

 

A. Natural wool is excellent at regulating humidity, making it cool and comfortable in summer. You can use it all year round.

 

Q13. Is maintenance difficult?

A. Daily care with a vacuum cleaner is sufficient. Even if it gets dirty, wool repels moisture, so if you wipe it immediately, no residue will remain. Rest assured, we will provide you with an easy care guide upon purchase for more details.

 

Q14.Is it okay to have small children or pets?

A. Hand-woven rugs are very durable. They are also stain-resistant, easy to maintain, and have sound-absorbing properties, making them highly recommended. Since they are made from natural materials, you can choose them if you are sensitive to chemical fibers and dyes, but it does not mean that all people will not have allergies.
