A. Yes, all rugs handled by our store are one-of-a-kind, hand-woven pieces from traditional producing regions such as Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. We carefully select and offer only top-quality items meticulously woven by skilled artisans.
Q2. Can rugs be washed? How do I care for them?
A. For daily care, we recommend vacuuming to remove dust and airing them out in the shade. If you are concerned about stains, please consult a professional rug cleaning service. We also offer cleaning and maintenance services. Rest assured, we include a care guide with your purchase.
Q3. Is it okay to purchase without seeing the actual product?
A. Please rest assured. Our store features many high-resolution images that clearly show the colors and textures, and we can provide additional photos upon request. Additionally, if the product differs significantly from your expectations, we accept returns within 7 days (some conditions apply).
Q4. I'm buying a rug for the first time, and I don't know how to choose.
A. To ensure even first-time buyers can choose with confidence, we provide recommendations based on purpose (e.g., entryway, living room, bedroom) and guides for choosing by color and material. Please feel free to consult us.
Q5. Tell me about shipping and delivery fees.
A. If your purchase totals 10,000 yen (including tax) or more, delivery is free of charge (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands). We usually ship within 1 to 3 business days, and you can receive your order with peace of mind via a trackable delivery method.

【Other areas】For purchases under 10,000 yen (including tax), an additional shipping fee of 880 yen (including tax) will be charged.

Q6. Can I return a product if it's not what I expected?
A. We accept returns or exchanges only for unused products reported within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy page for details.

Q8. What is the price range of your rugs?
A. The price of our hand-woven rugs varies depending on their size, material, and the effort involved in their production. We offer a wide range of prices, from tens of thousands of yen for small rugs to several million yen for high-end Persian carpets. Q9. What payment methods are accepted in-store?
A. In-store, we accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Q10. Can I pay in installments when purchasing a rug?
A. Yes, in addition to credit card installment payments, you can also use Paidy for up to 3 installments. The number of installments and conditions vary depending on the payment method used. Please select the installment payment option during checkout and confirm the details.
Q11. Is corporate transaction possible?
A. We will provide an individual quote based on payment terms, quantity, and amount. Please contact us by email.
Q12.Can they be used in summer? Are they not too hot?
A. Natural wool is excellent at regulating humidity, making it cool and comfortable in summer. You can use it all year round.
Q13. Is maintenance difficult?
A. For daily care, vacuuming is sufficient. Even if it gets dirty, wool has water-repellent properties, so if you wipe it off promptly, no stains will remain. For more details, we will provide you with a simple care guide at the time of purchase, so please rest assured.
Q14.Are they okay with small children and pets?
A. Hand-woven rugs are very durable. They are also stain-resistant, easy to care for, and have sound-insulating properties, making them highly recommended. Since they are made from natural materials, you can choose them if you are sensitive to synthetic fibers or dyes, but this does not guarantee that allergies will not occur in everyone.
