Ghazni is a region where nomadic culture has thrived since ancient times. The wool from sheep raised in the harsh natural environment possesses both elasticity and suppleness. This product uses that high-quality Ghazni wool, hand-spun and dyed with natural plant dyes. It is characterized by its soft, deep colors, unlike those achieved with chemical dyes. With use, its luster increases and its texture develops.
The "Tree of Life" prominently depicted in the center is a traditional motif symbolizing growth and family prosperity. Peacocks, waterfowl, and various other birds are woven around it, embodying wishes for abundant nature and peace. Each individual pattern is a reflection of the weaver's sensibility, meaning no two designs will ever be exactly alike.
