This Gabbeh was hand-woven in the Shiraz region of Iran. Gabbeh are thick rugs, roughly woven from thick, hand-spun wool yarn, characterized by rustic and charming colors and designs.

Among Gabbeh, this is a high-grade type called 'Kashkuli', which has a finer weave. Because it uses wool yarn spun even finer than the wool typically used for Gabbeh, the weaving density is higher, and even intricate designs are vivid.

Its round shape gives it a unique and charming presence, making it a standout piece.
It's so fluffy that it's comfortable to lie on, and its size isn't overpowering, so it can be used as a rug, draped over a sofa, or even as a tapestry, making for an interesting interior accent.

The vibrant color balance, achieved with natural dyes made from plants and spices, is also incredibly beautiful.
